Blaming your struggle on something or somebody might help you feel better in that moment, however it does not solve the problem. Guess what? How do we as humans create our belief system?
Its been said that our belief systems are shaped by past experiences and early childhood memories. From birth until the age of 7 we function in what is know as an “ALPHA” state. In this state, we are in a form of hypnosis and act as computers downloading all information that comes to us. This is a crucial time in our development where the foundation and fundamentals we carry into our adulthood are formed. Our environments, cultural, social influences and interactions all shapes your core beliefs, habits, values and perceptions. It built your foundation, your home.
What is going through your mind right now? Which of these elements are holding you back? Are you ready to be brave enough to redecorate your home? I believe in you, in your power to transform from ‘I give my best’ to ‘I am worthy and deserve the life I want’!
How to change your belief system?
There are multiple ways to change your belief systems. Let me break it down for you:
Affirmation: an effective way to plant positive messages into your subconscious (this is where your belief system sits). It is one of the most effective ways to change a limited or negative belief. Repetition of an affirmation changes the pathways in your brain over time to produce the new belief.
Gratitude: the best thing you can do to change your own belief system and feed new information into yourself. The ‘sense’ and ‘feel’ of gratitude is a powerful force by attracting what you desire and in eliminating what is contrary to your desire.
Meditation: plays a vital role in reprogramming the subconscious mind because it helps to still the mind. In this state, your brain becomes more receptive for whatever you want.
Positive Self Talk: perhaps the most powerful influence on your attitude and emotions is what you say to yourself and believe. By effectively managing your self talk, you can begin to live your life on a higher level and create the life you truly want and deserve.
Visualization: is a technique that involves focusing on positive mental images in order to achieve a goal. It is the ability to imagine something before it exists.
Where do I come in?
I am grateful to work with you on achieving the life you want. I am a Reiki Master and fascinated how Reiki allows the body to find a state of deep relaxation, where healing can take place and can support your personal growth. Reiki is an energy healing modality that can empower you to implement positive changes in your life. I will be there for you, create a safe space during your growing/healing process. I will listen when emotions, thoughts and/or memories come up. It can be difficult at times, as healing is not a fun parade, it can bring up fear, worries and tears. There might be moments when you feel you have hit a wall and nothing moves forward. In these times it is very important to be kind to yourself. All of us grow at different rates, and that is OK. I will be there for you, I will be on your side, listen to you and guide you thru through obstacles. Are you ready to find your true self?
